2. About OnChargeEV

• Locate EV charging stations
• Initiate charging via QR code, app, or RFID
• Pay for charging sessions
• View session history and receipts

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to contract
• Provide accurate account information
• Use a valid payment method

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services lawfully
• Do not abuse or damage charging equipment
• No reverse engineering or misuse
• No fraud or payment bypassing

6. Charging Services

Charging stations are operated by third parties. Availability, speed, and compatibility are not guaranteed.

7. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing varies by station and location
• All charges are in USD
• Payments processed via Stripe or approved processors
• Pre-authorizations may apply

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and platform features are owned by OnChargeEV or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONCHARGEEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, damage to equipment, or unpaid balances.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
