onCharge accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories and components.
Products that arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturer-related issues may qualify for a replacement, repair, or refund after review by onCharge.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.
For standard returns that are not related to a defective or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Approved returns may qualify for a replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of onCharge. Refunds are typically processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
